We believe strongly that coming up with the right solution is as much about how we do it as what we actually do. With hundreds of successful projects completed over recent years we have ample evidence on which to build our claim to being a leader in our field and amongst the best regional building contractors in the South West. But why are we successful? Completing high quality building projects on time and to specification is just a part of what we do. It is, we believe, the approach to our work which distinguishes us from many other building contractors and it is our flexibility and attention to detail which lie behind many of our successful commercial partnerships which have been carefully built up over the years. Just as a building project, whatever the nature or scale, begins well before the project manager and builders arrive on site so, we believe, it doesn’t/shouldn’t end when the project is handed over to the client. We have an enduring interest, and pride, in what we do and ensure that we pro-actively get involved in inspecting completed buildings after a mutually agreed period from handover or completion to check that everything is as it should be and that any problems or defects which show up after completion are dealt with in a professional and timely way. Working closely with architects we strive to create a lasting impression with our customers, whether it is a one-off project for them or part of an ongoing building programme, and to exceed their expectations. Good construction is both our business and our passion.
